VIP Tower for SV Meppen Football Club

SV Meppen has expanded its matchday hospitality offering with a new four-storey VIP building providing space for approximately 150 guests. The modular building delivers 432 m² of premium hospitality accommodation and complements the club's existing VIP facilities.
 

Constructed using 24 modular units, the building features extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing, allowing guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of the pitch while benefiting from a comfortable indoor environment.

Standing approximately 12 metres high, the hospitality building is connected by an external covered staircase, with balconies providing access to the upper floors.

The ground floor accommodates catering preparation areas, storage facilities and toilet facilities, while the three upper floors contain spacious hospitality lounges overlooking the stadium. By using open-plan modular units, each hospitality suite provides approximately 70 m² of flexible space for guests.

Acoustic ceiling panels, premium interior finishes and modern lighting create a welcoming environment, while the external colour scheme reflects the club's traditional colours.

“The entire process was exceptionally well organised, from the initial planning through to installation and completion,” says SV Meppen Managing Director Ronald Maul. 

“When developing the VIP tower concept, we were able to draw on a wealth of experience from earlier projects,” says ELA Area Sales Manager Ralf Neelen. The limited space available for installation proved to be a challenge. “But by using our wider ELA premium containers and creating multiple storeys, we were able to come up with an attractive solution.”
