From small kitchens with break areas in construction and office containers to canteens and full-capacity restaurants or feeding an entire workforce – ELA Container has extensive experience in planning and installing highly functional restaurants with a high-end atmosphere. This is well known in the food service industry, and ELA regularly supplies solutions for restaurants and hotels – as it is currently doing for Brinkmanns Braterei in Paderborn.

The two containers are seamlessly attached to the existing building. The flooring matches the interior design.

Specialties such as chicken and pork knuckle, burgers and bratwurst, schnitzel and salads will be served in an ELA restaurant solution for around 150 days while the established restaurant undergoes renovations and modernisation. ‘It is very important for us to continue to welcome our guests in a high-end atmosphere during this period,’ says Thilo Brinkmann, CEO of the restaurant. Thilo is pleased that ELA Container was able to reliably meet this requirement.

Covering a total of approx. 31 m2, the rental unit delivered to Brinkmanns Braterei consists of two restaurant containers connected to the existing building via an entrance area. The restaurant containers are 2.5 and 3 metres wide, respectively, and are fully open on the interior.

ELA containers are designed to do without additional supports or walls.

Large windows and an LED lighting concept make for a friendly sense of space.

The result is a very pleasant sense of space. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, adding to the bright and friendly feel. The customer provided the furnishings for this solution. ‘On request, we are also happy to supply complete restaurant furnishings from our inventory,’ says Hartmann, who also thanks his colleague Anika Menke: ‘She reliably coordinated the internal processing in the back office - from the special flooring order to the coordination with our operations.’
