The Danish construction company Kjæhr & Trillingsgaard A/S, based in Kolding, has been active in commercial construction since 1906. With extensive experience as a main contractor, the company specialises in office buildings, production facilities and warehouses.

 

For a recent project, Kjæhr & Trillingsgaard A/S constructed a new headquarters for a client, combining modern office space with an industrial warehouse. A key requirement was to provide temporary facilities for the duration of the construction work, supporting day-to-day site operations while maintaining a comfortable and well-organised working environment.

 

ELA provided a temporary site office solution using modular container units, creating a fully functional workspace for the construction team throughout the project.

Designed for a 365-day hire period, the two-storey facility provided 102 m² of space. It comprised four office units and two toilet units, accommodating administrative work on site while providing essential facilities for employees.

Finished in Pebble Grey, with grey marbled vinyl flooring, the facility offered a modern, understated appearance that complemented its construction site surroundings. To ensure the offices were ready for use as soon as they were installed, ELA supplied selected furniture and accessories. An external staircase with a landing provided safe and convenient access to both floors.

We were able to position the modular buildings right next to the construction site, helping to keep operations running smoothly throughout the construction period. The facilities gave employees plenty of space for office work, meetings and breaks.
