Coreum is an exhibition and demonstration centre in Stockstadt am Rhein where professionals from the construction, recycling and material handling industries can test the latest machinery and equipment in real working conditions. Visitors can also attend events, training sessions and industry seminars.
Covering more than 120,000 square metres, including 80,000 square metres of outdoor demonstration space, Coreum features live construction sites, machinery and attachments from more than 50 manufacturers, event and training facilities, and an on-site hotel.
As an exhibitor, ELA has installed a range of modular building solutions in different configurations across the Coreum site, allowing visitors to experience their versatility first-hand. In addition, ELA supplied a two-storey temporary office building while a new permanent office building is being constructed.
The temporary office building is a two-storey modular office and welfare facility offering a total floor area of 430 m². It comprises 24 three-metre-wide ELA Premium office modules.
Alongside office space and welfare areas, the building includes training rooms, toilet facilities, a kitchen, reception foyer and an internal staircase. Split air conditioning units provide efficient heating and cooling throughout the year, ensuring a comfortable working environment in every season.

The company showcases a range of modular buildings configured as offices, workshops, welfare facilities and training rooms. Depending on their intended use, the units are fully equipped with desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, wardrobes, lockers, shelving and workbenches.
